This Privacy Policy explains how Level Up Fit ("Level Up Fit", "we", "us", or "our"), owned and operated by Julian DeLuca out of Metro Detroit, Michigan, collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit levelupfit.pro, create a member account, purchase a membership, or otherwise interact with our coaching services.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password when you register.
• Membership and billing: the plan you select, billing status, and payment records. Card details are collected and stored by our payment processor (Stripe) — we never see or store your full card number.
• Coaching data you submit: body measurements, progress photos, workout logs, nutrition logs, weekly check-ins, form-review videos, and notes you share with your coach.
• Scheduling: the sessions you book, cancel, reschedule, and attend.
• Communications: messages you send through contact forms, the member portal, email, or SMS.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and basic usage information collected through our hosting provider and cookies.

How we use your information

• Deliver personal training, nutrition coaching, form review, scheduling, and other services you purchase.
• Process payments, allocate session credits, and manage your membership lifecycle.
• Send transactional messages such as account confirmations, appointment reminders, receipts, and coach feedback.
• Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact forms.

Service providers we share information with

We use vetted third-party service providers to operate the business. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery.

Progress photos and videos
